Sifu Vincent Meng is a lifelong martial artist, competitor, and instructor known for bridging traditional Kung Fu and Wing Chun principles with modern Sanda competition and practical fighting application.
Coming from a strong Kung Fu lineage, Sifu Meng has trained since early childhood and has spent decades developing skill across Wing Chun, Sanda (Chinese kickboxing), and related combat systems. He is widely recognized for his success in high-level martial arts competition, earning multiple national and world-level titles through disciplined training, tactical intelligence, and consistent performance.
Today, Sifu Meng teaches seminars and workshops internationally, helping martial artists of various backgrounds improve performance, adaptability, and fighting efficiency, while honoring the structure and principles of traditional Kung Fu and Wing Chun.
Join us for a special two-session martial arts workshop led by Master Vincent Meng, a highly respected martial artist and multi-time world champion competitor known for his practical, no-nonsense teaching approach. This event is open to the public and designed to benefit martial artists from a wide range of backgrounds. If you train Wing Chun of any lineage, Sanda, or are just into Chinese martial arts competitions in general, these workshops will offer skills and insights to get you closer to victory!

This session focuses on Sanda (Chinese kickboxing) and competition-tested tactics used at a high level. While ideal for competitors, the material is highly transferable to Wing Tsun, kickboxing, MMA, and other striking or grappling systems.

This session is open to martial artists of all styles and experience levels who want to improve their fighting intelligence and movement.
3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
This workshop is specifically designed for Wing Chun practitioners who want to better understand competition structure, strategy, and application for forms, chi sau, and mai san jong competitions.
Open to Wing Chun practitioners of ANY lineage (WC, WT, VT, VC, etc.)
Participants must have prior Wing Chun training and understand the basics
This session is not intended for first-time Wing Chun learners
